Crop Profit Brokerage LLC was born from the idea that good grain marketing & risk management advice shouldn’t break the bank. We’re a small team of individuals hailing from some of the bigger firms in the commodity sector looking to shake things up. We aim to provide a high quality of service at a reasonable price point.
Founder & CEO
Born & raised on a small family farm, Robert has spent the last 10+ years working for, with, and/or competing against some of the biggest players in the grain marketing space.
Frustrated with the lack of innovation and willingness to adapt in a changing market within these other companies, he set his mind to developing a business model that goes against the grain.
He formed Crop Profit LLC to give farmers a marketing service that won’t constantly go up in price & doesn’t force upselling to other services. A market advisory that doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear, owns up to its mistakes, and doesn’t make recommendations based on any one singular system/indicator or analyst.
Later, due to customer demand, he founded Crop Profit Brokerage LLC to address the hedging needs of farmers under the Crop Profit family of businesses.
In his free time, Robert enjoys travelling, collecting guns & knives, mountain biking, off-roading, and motorcycling.
Senior Broker
Joshua has been active in the agricultural market since 2008, specializing as a commodities broker with extensive experience in the ethanol industry. His deep market knowledge and hands-on expertise help clients navigate complex markets and achieve financial success. Having worked directly with farmers and agricultural producers, Joshua understands their unique challenges and opportunities.
Prior to brokerage, Joshua gained valuable experience as a grain buyer in the ethanol sector, where he developed a strong grasp of renewable energy markets, supply chain dynamics, and global commodity trends. This experience fueled his passion for supporting farmers directly, offering tailored market insights and risk management strategies to optimize profitability.
Joshua is committed to building lasting relationships through personalized service, ensuring clients—from independent farmers to large agribusinesses—are equipped with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions in volatile markets.
Known for his integrity and attention to detail, he joined and helped found CropProfit Brokerage LLC to help clients strengthen their market positions.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys golfing, boating, and staying connected to the agricultural community through industry events and advocating for sustainable farming and energy practices.
Commodity Broker & Analyst
Wyatt stumbled his way into the commodity markets by taking a college internship at a brokerage firm. An Oklahoma native, he was right at home talking to farmers about their operations and the market.
Wyatt took full advantage of that internship and spent the next 7 years learning as much as he could about the futures and cash grain markets. With Crop Profit he now works one-on-one with farmers, helping to develop marketing plans and maximizing opportunities presented in the markets.
When not working with customers, Wyatt enjoys fixing up cars, collecting guns, lifting weights, and helping with his family’s farm.
